How long does the course creation process take?This really depends on the project, but for full course creation and course launch you can expect around a 3 month timeline. For tech setup alone, projects typically take around 2 to 4 weeks.

What will I have to do for this process?In the beginning of the process you will be expected to fill out some forms, provide resources and join a couple consultations to allow us to get clear on your, your brand, your expertise and your ideal client. As the expert and face behind your brand, you will also be responsible for recording any videos or audio for your course. However, we will make this as easy as possible for you by mapping out your course topic and curriculum.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes we offer payment plans that range depending on your specific needs and the services required.

Do you help come up with course topics and outlines?Yes of course. We draw from your expertise and passions and help you create a course that not only impacts your audience but also sells!

Do we help with launching your course?Yes! For us, the launch process is as important as the course content. This is because no matter how impactful your course is, it won't matter if it doesn't land in front of the faces that need it.

Do you offer site maintenance packages?I do! If you are interested in including a site maintenance package, please let me know during our chat.

How much should I expect this to cost?In the service descriptions you will see that I offer “starting at” package rates. Because each businesses needs and wants are unique, these rates are subject to change after we chat further about your project. After our discovery call, you’ll receive a custom proposal tailored specifically for your project. Payment plans are available.

Do you offer support after launch for websites and courses?Yes - what is included in this depends on the package you have purchased. Custom Web design an course creation include instructional videos to help you navigate your site along with web support for 2 weeks after your launch date. For further support, packages are available.

What platform do you build on?I design on Editorx (this is my favorite option) and Squarespace (as needed) for web design projects. I do all course creation on Kartra.

What is needed before we start?Before starting any project we will have 1 to 3 (depending on project) onboarding meetings and onboarding forms where I will get to understand your business, brand and offerings. All photos must also be provided by the start date to ensure an aligned brand. If you live in the East Idaho or Western Wyoming area and are in need of a photographer let me know, I have great recommendations. We can also discuss adding this onto your package. I can also help find stock photos that will align with your brand.

How do I get started?It's simple! Fill out the form and select a time for a quick call on the succession page. This will be a relaxed conversation where I will get to know more about you, your business and what you are looking for and from there we can decide the next moves to make for working together.

How does payment work?Payment depends upon the project. For websites and sales funnels, the full cost is split up into 3 parts. 20% is due as a deposit when securing your date (this is non-refundable), 40% is due on your start date and the remaining 40% is due at the end of the project, prior to the launch and transfer of assets. For social media management, projects are on a 3 month contract and are split into monthly payments, billed at the start of each month. For social media advertising, payments are billed for the full month of service at the start of the month. For done-for-you course creation, you can pay in full at the start of service or split into 6 monthly payments. If needed, alternative payment plans are available. Just let me know and we can chat about which option will work best for you and your needs!
